Orders are fulfilled by Amazon from US fulfillment centers and ship in plain packaging. We ship within the US only.
- Most orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in about 2 business days.
- You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Report lost or damaged packages within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.
Returns
You can return unused bits in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return and we'll email you a return label. Returns go to our fulfillment center.
- Defective or wrong items are returned free.
Refunds
We issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after your return is received.
