Foos Nano Flush Cut Router Bits - 1/4" Shank
Part #: FB-3674
- TRIM FLUSH TO A TEMPLATE: The guide bearing rides your template or edge so the spiral cutter trims stock flush and copies patterns accurately.
- MANY MATERIALS: Solid carbide spiral flutes trim cleanly in hardwood, softwood, plywood, MDF, laminate and veneer, plus acrylic, PVC, ABS and other plastics.
- FITS YOUR MACHINE: 1/4 inch shank fits most trim routers, palm routers and router tables with a 1/4" collet.
- FOOS NANO COATED: The coating cuts friction, so the bit runs cooler, resists pitch and resin buildup, and holds a sharp edge longer than an uncoated bit. Less cleanup between jobs.
- USA VETERAN-OWNED SUPPORT: US veteran-owned FOOS has sold router bits on Amazon for 10 years. Message us and a real person answers. Every bit is laser-engraved with FOOS and its part number.
FOOS Nano Coated Flush Trim Router Bits, 1/4" shank, solid carbide.
What it is for: trimming stock flush to a template or edge and copying patterns, with the bearing riding the guide surface.
Materials: hardwood, softwood, plywood, MDF, acrylic, PVC, ABS, laminates and other plastics.
Fit: 1/4" shanks for 1/4" collets on CNC routers, desktop CNCs and trim routers.
FOOS Nano coating: the coating reduces friction at the cutting edge, so the bit runs cooler, resists pitch and resin buildup, and holds a sharp edge longer.
Every FOOS bit is laser-engraved with the FOOS brand and its part number, so reordering the right size is easy. FOOS is a US veteran-owned shop. Speeds and feeds depend on your machine, material and depth of cut. Message us and we will help you dial them in.
